Paris came out on top, with an impressive score of 91.8 out of 100 in connectivity and infrastructure, and 89.1 in the tech job market. While The City of Light lagged slightly in green infrastructure with a score of 51.4, the overall score was a commendable 76.4. This achievement allowed Paris to overtake London, last year’s winner.
London, although slipping to second place with a score of 73.1, excelled in green infrastructure, scoring 63 in that category. Meanwhile, Amsterdam secured third place with an overall score of 72.8, boasting the highest green infrastructure score of 75.4, thanks in part to its famous bike culture.
